3. Send photos of all the boxes that came with the order, the order number must be visible on the boxes. You also need to open these boxes and take a photo of the contents. If the factory mixed up the package of your order, let's say the fittings and you had to install this fitting, it is also necessary to take a picture of the installed fittings, for example, a handle, a cylinder with a door. It is also obligatory to send a photo of the door in full size so that the model can be identified.
4. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can respond promptly. Photo, video.
